Wager Match

Wager Matches are a new Free-For-All multiplayer playlist for Call Of Duty Black Ops. There will be 6 players. Every player will wager a fixed amount of CoD points against everyone else. Top 3 are 'in the money' and win the points, with 1st getting the most.

The buy-in cost varies, Ante-Up has the lowest with parties allowed, Weekend Gambler is higher with no parties and High Roller is high stakes with Pro Gambler Mode enabled.

  • Random lobbies
  • No equipment
  • No parties
  • No join game session
  • NO BOOSTING
It has four game modes : Gun Game, Sharpshooter, Sticks & Stones and One In The Chamber

Gun Game : Everyone will start out with a pistol. With each kill a player will move up one level, which will grant them a new weapon. Knifing an enemy does not give you a new weapon, the kill must be with that weapon in order to level up. The game ends when a kill is achieved with all twenty tiers of weapons. However, if a player is knifed, they will move down a level.

Sharpshooter : Every player will receive the same random weapon. After a set period of time (rumored to be anything between 45 seconds and 5 minutes), their current weapon will be cycled out for a new one. With each kill, a player will receive a perk and, eventually, a scoring multiplier.

Sticks & Stones : All players spawn with a Crossbow, a Ballistic Knife, and a Tomahawk. Players can bankrupt one another with Tomahawk kills.

One In The Chamber : Each player starts out with a pistol with one bullet and their knife. One more bullet is gained with each kill. However, each player will only have three lives and if the bullet misses they only have their knife.

Bioshock Infinite: Demo Gameplay

We got a taste of Dewitt's adventure in the live demo of the game, which showcased the similarities to and differences from the original BioShock. The level opened up with the former agent regaining consciousness amid a bizarre collage of imagery taken from a poster that featured George Washington surrounded by minority caricatures that proclaimed, "It is our duty to protect against the foreign hordes." We got a taste of Columbia's unique architecture and construction as Dewitt began moving around. While his initial surroundings appeared to be an ordinary street alley, it became clear that was not the case as little details started to become apparent: the horse and cart making its way toward him on the street; a steam-punk-y horse mechanoid; movement beyond the shaded alley; massive buildings held aloft on blimps and hot-air balloons that appear to be in constant varied motion, a bit like waves in the ocean tide; and a smaller landmass, with a tall building and a ringing bell that comes slamming to the ground. The demo pushed Dewitt further into the clearly troubled city to reveal a grocery store on fire being sweeped, we hope, by a mechanical female. Beyond the shop, we saw a massive statue of Columbia kneeling while holding a flag. Just up the street from the statue we saw the corpse of a horse, which clearly made a case for why the locals opted for mechanical replacements.

Medal Of Honor Multiplayer

The multiplayer is developed by DICE of Bad Company 2. However, this will not be a clone of Bad Company 2. The destructibility is off, vehicles play a smaller role(no tanks, choppers or uav) and maps are smaller and more suited for infantry combat. It seems to deliver fast paced combat akin to Modern Warfare 2 but retains all the good parts of BC2.The unlocking system is identical to BC2. Primary weapons now can have three different attachments. As far as I know, you still can't go prone.(WHY?!)

While multiplayer is nice, I want some co-op gameplay like Spec Ops in MW2. Though unlikely, I hope there will be a third game mode.

Trailer and some actual gameplay below.

Love how the tank shots are synchronized with the music in the trailer

The beta is now open for those who pre-order the game.
