This blog was my blog. About me, more or less.
Then I realised I didn't have much to talk about. So I shifted the focus of this blog to video games, rants and randomness. I got Isaac and now Matt whoops Diuster to join.
Then I realized I liked having my own blog. And so do they.

Realism
Realism is something you find in real life AKA reality. Not in 'reality' shows or video games.
Honestly, don't start complaining about lack of realism in video games. Life isn't always fun, that's why only the fun parts were transported to video games. If video games WERE REALISTIC, I would never play them, ever.
Don't start complaining that video games belittle real world issues promote violence. War, combat, fighting and similar stuff are not 'fun' in the real world. Maybe for the real sick minority but not to most people.
So why are there so many games based on them? Because they give the player a sense of challenge, desperation and triumph without having to put yourself in danger. Online multiplayer components of these games appeal because they are rather like a sport, not because we love killing people.

Spoilt For Choice
When I want to buy something, I walk into a store. Which store I walk into is decided by how big, clean and neat the store looks. Having customers and not tooooooooo many sales assistants helps as well.
When I walk in, I AIM to select what I want, buy it and the get the hell out of there. And then, I see the display rack.
Suddenly, I just don't know what to do. Rows and rows just boggles my mind. I become spoilt for choice. I definitely will not be asking for help for fear of coming off as a total dumbass.
Honestly, why the variety? I want the store to choose the few best products for me. Not get every conceivable brand from all corners of the world.
Now I have to worry about choosing a bad item. That should be the store's responsibility that I entrust them with; if i wanted to see all the different types, I would just go online and order directly from distributors. I wouldn't have to get my lazy ass into the store and be confronted by this nightmare.
Why bother stocking those low quality yet expensive products? Waste space and money much?
Variety looks good to the window shopper but is bad for buyers. Do away with it.

Random 9/9
The Argentina-Spain match played just recently was really beautiful. Possibly more interesting than any of the World Cup matches. Watch the highlights below. You don't have to understand the commentators, just know that GOALLLLLLL means 'goal'.
Now, I'm going to go find some new ways to shoot people in exotic locations because that's what the Call Of Duty series is all about.

Random 5/9
I've not been posting much recently and that lovely trend looks set to continue.
As I've explained before, holidays are a time for rest and relaxation ; that includes some time off the blog. There's plenty of stuff I could and want to talk about the incomplete "full" multiplayer reveal for Call Of Duty Black Ops. However, for now I'll just stick with
OMG IT LOOKS SO GOOD *drools*

playing

Yes I know it's rated M and yes I know the multiplayer is broken but I still do enjoy it. Just waiting to 'gamble' in Black Ops.

Random 2/9
Hey everyone it's September!!!! Woooooo!
Seriously, it is September now. Check your calendar.
I have one more day of school and then,
Bliss.
Well, not really bliss. Just a state of near-perineal happiness for two weeks.
Which would probably would have advanced into near bliss if not for my inability to get a headset. (Sad face)

Merdeka
Yes, yes, Happy 53rd Merdeka and all that good stuff.
However, there is more to patriotism than meets the eye.
It's not about waving that flag or shouting it from the rooftops.
It's dedication and confidence in your own country.
Yet, many do not see this and attempt to ENFORCE patriotism.

Random 29/8
Watched Expendables, found it kind of boring.
Checked on the blog and OMGWTF so many international visitors over the past fortnight. Indians, Pakistanis, Americans and Aussies have literally been flooding my blog.
Thanks for the views, hope this keeps up for as long as possible.

What's In The Name?
You have been wondering why my blog URL is sofrozen.blogspot.com?
The answer is, rather stupid.
In the beginning of this year, I decided to experiment with a blog.
While thinking of the URL, I didn't want it to be my name or something related.
It had to be cool.
Then, guess what my genius mind thought.
It had to be better than cool, it had to be absolutely cold, frozen.
A blog that was 'so frozen' had to be better than a blog that was 'so cool' right?
So there it is, my complicated reasoning behind the URL.
It may be cheesy, but remember;
It's not easy being cheesy.

Lethargy
Been hit by lethargy lately. Been very unmotivated to post on the blog despite a pickup in traffic, more than a 100 unique visitors already.(i know my standards are low)
Really have been meaning to post something and I feel like saying a lot, just never seems to come out. I talk a lot in my daily life but it's just so hard to translate this into blog posts.
Aiming to try to pick up my work and continue posting. Going to stop being so lazy with my blog, especially the aesthetics with are VERY plain.
*P.S.*
What i have said here may not actually happen, it's just what i'm hoping to do.
I am a lot younger than the picture.

Update #1
My blog now has a brand spanking new template! I feel so proud I managed to change it to this minimalist style and widen the blog posts width(using html) since I consider myself quite bad with computers.
Cheers!
Cheers!
The World Is Too Postive
"Never give up" Seriously? Never ever? Even when the only outcome will be your own painful and horrible death? This is the reason why kids jump of buildings, not because of watching Superman.
The world is too positive. The media likes to keep everyone full of positive vibes with things like "You can sing! Show your talent today at Stupid Competition" This is probably the reason why my friend, Banana even recorded himself singing and posted in on Youtube. Since this is MY blog, I'm gonna say HE CAN'T SING FOR HIS OWN LIFE. Yet, he lives in this surreal world where he truly believes he can. I don't blame him, it's society's fault.
So please learn to observe the limits. Seriously, people's feelings sometimes are less important than making sure they don't throw away their lives pursuing the unattainable.

Rambling
The stick came crashing down and the world went black for Jahid and his body came crashing down. He tried to slow his fall using his hands. It postponed the inevitable for barely a second before his hands gave way and his face was planted into the ground. He was crushed, defeated.
Yadi swung the stick around triumphantly around his head a few times. By downing Jahid, he managed to reinforce the claim of the land of Dirt for himself. He looked around. Already, several faces had popped up on the horizon. Yadi trudged to the border, determined to stake his claim on the land.
"This land is mine and does not belongs to my enemy, Jahid. Whoever attempts to take this land or assist Jahid will be considered my enemy as well" proclaimed Yadi. No one moved.
"Good" thought Yadi "I will be left in peace"
Before he knew it, a group of children crowded at the edge of the Dirt border. He was about to chase them away before he realized that they weren't on his land. "Damn!"
They whispered softly and Yadi ignored them. Soon, the whispers turned into chattering and the chattering turned into full-blown shouting. Yadi couldn't understand everything but he knew that the children wanted to help Jahid, who was still unconscious.
Yaid turned to the adults whom he presumed to be their parents. "If anyone crosses the border I shall club them" he warned. He hoped the parents would restrain their children. The parents remained oblivious and took no action.
Yadi was on full alert, he didn't want any interference.
The children seemed to have stopped their chattering and were massing together. Yadi tensed. The group surged forward towards Dirt and Jahid. Yadi yelled "Go away!" but the group kept on coming.
He raised his club. The stick came crashing down and a child fell. The rest stood in stunned silence for a heartbeat. Then they burst into pitiful cries and implored for intervention from their parents. The parents came marching over demanding Yadi apologize and make up for his 'unjust' act.
Yadi was stunned. How could he suddenly be in the wrong? The children had encroached on his land with malicious intent and yet he was being blamed.
Not knowing what to do, he brought the stick up and it came crashing down again and again.

Peace or No Peace
Why do people love the peace sign?
But other times, they tell others to "F*** off"
Then they threaten to "beat the crap out of you"
If they feel insulted, you better "watch your back"
Then they say "peace, bro"
I love their logic.
I admit that promoting peace is actually a good thing and if everyone promotes it we should be encouraging right?
But similar to Earth Hour, it's all talk and no action. Showing the peace sign and wishing peace doesn't hold any meaning anymore, similar to how the teachers force us to wish them a 'good' morning.
Anyway peace is just a non-violent state of war.
??
They also love to say goodbye or end their speech/talk/bullshit by saying "Peace to the world" or something similar.

I Hate Shopping
I hate shopping.
I hate going into the store and being forced to make a decision : to buy or not to buy? or which to buy? The sheer number of choices frighten me. Blue, yellow, indigo, rainbow stripes .... I can't decide. The one with a 1 pocket or 2 pockets? Sometimes, I don't even know if i need it.
I hate shop assistants. Some are too friendly. Some are too helpful. Some do not help at all. Some fail at helping at end up obstructing. Mostly I wish they would leave me alone until I ask them something. But then if I'm in a specialist store I'm afraid of sounding like a complete idiot and just clam up.
Basically I hate shopping.

All That Stands In The Way Of Freedom Is Bullshit
I'm talking about my 'freedom'. No, not freedom of speech or anything like that. The bullshit in question is Pendidikan Moral and Pendidikan Sivik dan Kewargenegaraan. In english it's Moral Studies and Civics And Patriotism Studies.
These are the only two papers left of my mid-year exam and with all the other subjects out of the way, PM & PSK really seem like total bullshit. We learn about morals and civics and loving others and national pride... They have TWO separate subjects for this. WTF
I think I could probably write more but I have to go memorize 20 moral values now.

Drooling
I drool while looking at the signboards of San Francisco Steakhouse and Royal China just thinking about the food they serve. Don't know what is Public House though. Taken while too free on my way home from school.
An Improvement..YAY
