Red Dead Redemption Mini Review

First of all, I called it a mini review because it's quite short. This is because of my pure laziness to write a better one.
With one word I can describe Red Dead Redemption: Brilliant. - The game is pure brilliance. Rockstar has delivered us a game that is the wild west. A game that has so much depth.

The graphics are incredible. Everything is so detailed; from the cactus' to the horses to the night's sky, detailed to the core. There are some mild(and major) hiccups, but not so much that it will annoy most people.

The story is awesome. They did a really great job in that department; from voice acting to sound effects to soundtrack to missions and side-missions. The characters all feel fully fleshed out as people, even the minor characters.

The controls are as smooth as butter, if not smoother. Riding a horse couldn't feel more right. The gunplay and gameplay itself is really easy to get used to(similar to GTA).

Haven't tried multiplayer and free roam much yet, but so far the free roam in RDR is what future games will have to live up to.

Rockstar has done it again..may very well be their greatest achievement yet! This tops any previous attempt at a wild west game or any sandbox game for that matter. I HIGHLY recommend Red Dead Redemption! Now..go buy it!( sorry pc gamers, console exclusive)
